I started Clear Pathways because I’ve seen the impact strong HR partnership can have on organizations and their people.

I’ve also seen the challenges organizations face when they don’t have that support—leaders
carrying too much, decisions being made without clarity, and teams lacking structure.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, practical, and high-level HR support that allows leaders to
focus on what they do best, while knowing their people and operations are supported
